Day 12

Eat.

My favorite meal right now is stuffed shells… but who really has time to make a cheese mix of three freshly grated cheeses, home made sauce, and huge manicotti shells!

Here is my recipe for quick, enjoyable manicotti!

Ingredients:

1 box of large shell or any pocketed pasta that you like (cooked until almost done)

1 package of fresh mozzarella (whole, not shredded)

1 jar of Prego mushroom pasta sauce (or your favorite pre-made pasta sauce)

1/2 cup fresh parmesan cheese

How to make it:

Take your mozzarella and slice it into strips, about 1/4 inch thick. Cover the bottom of your pan with half your pasta sauce, then lay out your cooked pasta, open side up. Add a strip of cheese to the inside of each shell. Cover all the pasta with the second half of the sauce and top it all off with the parmesan!

Pop it in the oven at 350F for around 20 minutes and it is ready to eat!

So there you are, the easiest pasta ever that can be frozen or eaten fresh!
