Day 21

For those of you who have not watched that movie, you should totally do that in place of an exercise routine, but for those of you who have, here is another option!

Exercise!

Line dancing!

This weekend I went line/swing dancing at a local venue and totally loved it and realized that by the next morning, I was hurting! …which means it was a good work out! Yay!

Here are a few fun line dance work outs that can be done in your own home where you can hide from people watching your inner red-neck come out, or out on the town!
