Day 33 – Chili

Eat.

With the cold weather coming in, here is one of my all time favorites!

Chili:

– 1 can black beans

– 1 can garbanzo beans

– 1 can diced tomatoes

– 1 can kidney beans

– 1 can corn

– 1 packet chili seasoning mix

– 1 teaspoon ground cumin

– Salt to taste

Place everything in a crock pot and cook on high for 1 hour, then on low for 5 hours.

*Keep all the juices from the cans and pour those into the crockpot.

* If you prefer meat in your chili, just add one pound of ground beef to this.
