Day 89 – Pumpkin Bread!

Yes, it is that time!

And for the first time in a while, the pictures of this batch are actually from what I just made! 🙂

Ingredients:
1 can (15 ounces) pumpkin
1 1/3 cups sugar
2/3 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons vanilla
4 eggs
3 1/2 cups all-purpose or whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Method:
Combine all ingredients and mix well!
I just mix everything except flour, then add in flour last and it turns out!
Pour batter in two greased loaf pans and bake at 180C/350F for 55 minutes
