Day 96 -Veg Rice Bowls

I was babysitting a group of children a few nights ago and for dinner we had these rice bowls.

They are really easy to make, store, and reheat!

Veggies:
– 1 bag frozen mixed veggies of your choice
– 1 teaspoon minced garlic
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
– Chili flakes (optional)
– 1 Tablespoon oil

Heat oil in a saucepan. Add in garlic, onion powder, chili flakes, and soy sauce. Once those are well heated, add in veggies. Stir until well heated and cooked.

Rice -> Cook by following directions on the bag!

Place rice in a bowl, add veggies, and enjoy!
*add soy sauce as desired.*
